As a Process Engineer, you play a key role in developing and optimizing welding processes within our production environment. You translate product specifications into practical production solutions and implement robust methods that meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, you support the Process Technicians team with day-to-day challenges and continuously improve our processes.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and implement process optimizations.
• Apply welding techniques in fine mechanical constructions, such as pipe connections.
• Conduct feasibility studies and drive improvements.
• Ensure quality is safeguarded within production processes.
• Collaborate with various teams and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges.

• Salary: €3,300–€4,800 based on experience and job complexity.

You have a passion for technology and enjoy bringing innovative ideas to life. 
In addition, you possess:

• HBO-level education or equivalent (preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering).
• Experience with stainless steel TIG welding or stainless steel laser welding.
• Knowledge of fine mechanical constructions, weld joints, and pipe connections.
• Affinity with production processes and automation.
• An analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Bonus: An IWT diploma or willingness to obtain one.
