Service Engineer

 As a Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance of Viscon's machine lines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues at customer sites.
• Performing preventive maintenance, revisions, and adjustments on machine lines.
• Assisting production staff during machine commissioning and settings.
• Identifying commercial opportunities and reporting them back to the organization.
• Documenting performed work, hours, and materials in clear reports.
• Adhering to safety regulations and maintaining clean work areas.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Engineer who aligns with the following profile:

• A completed MBO level 3 education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in both electrical and mechanical fields.
• Experience with PLC programming is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel and work internationally.
• A hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills.
