As a growing organization in the high-tech manufacturing industry, CoreDux is looking for a Lead Engineer NPI. NPI stands for New Product Introduction. In this role you are mainly concerned with determining the correct processes needed to optimally produce new products, often in coordination with the customer. You do this together with a team of Engineers to which you give operational leadership.

As Lead Engineer, you will provide operational leadership and technical guidance to a team of Engineers (approximately 3 employees). Because you focus on NPIs, your work involves translating the customer's requirements into the right product via the right processes. You oversee the entire process and you are the pivot between the customer and operations. Besides coordinating, you also like to work operationally.

• Setting up the schedule for the Engineers involved and monitoring progress
• You supervise, work in and train Engineers
• Taking action in case of (threatening) deviations
• You are the bridge between different disciplines, work closely with everyone and ensure technical coordination
• You guard the mutual coherence between (sub) projects and issues therein
• You are engaged in the continuous improvement of processes
• You carry out operational work at your own discretion or on behalf of the client.

• A completed technical college education
• Demonstrable work experience in operational leadership or coordination
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in an Engineering position
• Professional level Dutch and English in word and writing
• Knowledge of Office and preferably also of ERP systems, SAP is an advantage
• You have good communication skills (also in English), organizational skills, know how to keep the overview and distinguish main and minor issues.
